Compliance with Laws and Regulations on Personal Information Protection

We will comply with laws and other standards related to the protection of personal information and handle such information properly.

When acquiring personal information, we will make efforts to clarify the purpose of use and acquire information by lawful and fair means within the necessary scope for business purposes.

Use of Personal Information

Personal information acquired by this Society will be used only within the scope indicated at the time of acquisition or within a scope reasonably related thereto, and only as necessary for the execution of business.

Joint Use of Personal Information

When jointly using personal information with third parties or outsourcing the handling of personal information to a third party, we will supervise such parties to ensure proper use of the information.

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Except as required by law, we will not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent from the individual concerned.

Management of Personal Information

We will make efforts to maintain the accuracy and currency of personal information, establish a proper management structure for handling such information, and implement necessary and appropriate information security measures to prevent loss, alteration, or leakage of personal information.
